Everything had started well, everything was almost perfect and when we got back to the apartment, there was a bad surprise, no more hot water, a disaster... 😭 And of course we're going to stay all night without hot water and tomorrow morning we don't even know if we'll be able to shower, it's -15 outside, I love it... Manager at the réception desk is unhelping and reluctant to provide any service. We asked him to keep our lugages for an hour until UPS service come to take care of thème. He just refused while his two young employees where ready to help.

Clean room, good equipement ( especially kitchen- lot of dishes, glasses, coffie machine...), beautiful view.. you can see your kids if they are playing around hotel ). Ski track is just in back of hotel, so you don’t have to drive or carry your skiing equipement. Many ski tracks which are take care of and wide.
