to start, the check-in is not located in the residence itself, but you have to walk to another building for the check-in there is no parking garage, and the parking that is said to be at the appartment turns out to be a public parking so there wasn't any room for our car. the check in took aproximatly an hour because it was very chaotic and unorganised (start of the holiday) we had a 3/4 pers. studio with a bunk bed and a double sleeping couch, as it turned out the bunk beds were really short and the sleeping couch was also quite poorly since the room set us back +- €1600,- euros for 7 days we expected at least better beds.. the kitches was okay, well equiped, but there was no hood/ventilation, so if you cooked a meal the appartment will smell like that for the entire day. walking to the ski lift was doable, but you have to be carefull since you have to walk uphill and if there's snow it can be quite icy i would not stay here again because it is really expensive for what you get

Having stayed at Pierre & Vacances previously in other ski resorts, we knew to expect basic but functional accommodation, and that's what we got (though the promised "walk to the piste" involved climbing a short but treachorous icy hill, and the beds were exceptionally uncomfortable) Our biggest disappointment was with the poor "service" provided by the staff. To cut a long story short, additional services booked in advance (parking and ski passes) were only delivered late, and needed to be argued for, resulting in lost time on the slopes and lost time for our children in ski classes. Moral of the story - OK place for very basic accommodation, don't expect to walk straight out the door onto the piste, and don't bother with their "extra services".
