Rive Droite Hotel

Arriving at 9:30 p.m., great difficulty finding the establishment, we had to wander around for 30 minutes before going to the Radiana hotel to ask where it was located. The person told me that I had to collect the keys from her and showed me the location. The hotel does not at all conform to the booking photo. The entrance is next to the pharmacy, and the facade is not at all as presented (you had to guess that you had to go to the other establishment to collect the room keys). We arrived in the room, no travel cot even though we had requested it on the site and had received a response from the receptionist who told us to take our request into account and install it before our arrival. So I called the hotel several times because it was impossible to reach them (after 1 hour I finally succeeded) and told me that they would notify their management and do what was necessary. 10:15 p.m. still no travel cot, I call back, another person answers me and tells me to notify the receptionist. 10:30 p.m. finally the bed arrives. Another problem: the shower. One shot of boiling water and one shot of frozen water, obviously not showering babies without burning or freezing them. Also, the toilet lines have not been changed in 4 days, not great. I would have known, I would have brought bathroom towels. I warned the receptionist when handing over the keys of the problems encountered, apologized but still made me pay the tourist taxes which were higher than what booking had calculated for me. I'm waiting for a response to that. The taxes could have been offered in view of the problems encountered... small aside on the fact that there were no cleaning products (dishwashing liquid, sponge, floor product) we had to go and buy some) Otherwise, on the park side the view is beautiful, mountain view, a nice walk to take. Well appointed aparthotel. 20 minutes from Valmorel and 1 hour from Annecy.

The residences were good value for money and plenty of parking outside. On checkout you must clean the bathroom, kitchen etc and checkout time is 10am. We were not given anything to clean the room with only a brush and mop. I was assured by reception that housekeeping do clean the rooms still. There is also no safety deposit box in the room. Also no fan or aircon if it is hot. The rooms themselves are spacious with plenty of storage. The kitchen area is clean and well equipped. We didn’t visit the main hotel so unable to comment. Overall it is good for the price and a good base for exploring.
