Terra Nova

A staff with little care, we had taken the option half board meals and breakfast were really good and varied. The rooms would need a little refreshment but overall the hotel is very clean very well soundproofed and comfortable. Ski-in/ski-out access is a real plus. Sauna in the establishments very clean.

Old residence with more negatives than positives. For positives (location with return skis departure, heated locker, friendly staff). For negatives (torn curtains, dirty windows, toilet in the bathroom, bath too narrow, 25dg in the room with closed radiators, very high price of the option dinner 30€ for any buffet, no solarium)

End of season rundown. Brakfast ran out of boiled eggs on 2nd day, then ran out of butter, hash browns and bacon, no sign of ketchup or brown sauce. The bar has no beer left!. Evening meals have been OK but progressively fewer options and no main meat dish by Wednesday, very short on fruit. What food is there is very nice. Area of restaurant with panoramic view is closed to guests, but ok for staff. Hotel is very very tired and rundown. Only redeeming feature is great location.
