Village Montana Residence

We stay in this residence every year for a long four-day weekend. During our first stays, we were very satisfied: the residence was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and access to the pool was a real asset. Unfortunately, we are noticing a gradual degradation in the quality of services. General maintenance is no longer up to par, access to the pool has been removed, and the whole place no longer meets the standards we were used to. It is regrettable to note that, despite this drop in quality, rates continue to increase. In our opinion, the services offered no longer correspond to the level of a 4-star establishment. We would estimate today that this residence deserves more of a 2 to 3-star rating, but certainly not 4. It is a real disappointment for loyal customers who returned every year with pleasure.

The proximity to the lake, the cleanliness and space in the accommodations, the heated pool, and the kindness of the staff.

Extremely disappointed by our recent stay at Planton, the building downstairs from Village Montana. Apartment very poorly located, very poorly insulated: drafts at each window , lots of noise especially at night. View of the bus station and the tunnel... Cleaning not done on arrival, hot water break in the evening, tap ripped off, shower without seal (so not waterproof), many elements in very bad condition: radiator bathtub lamps sofa ... It's sold as a 4-star vacation home, and it's an old, poorly located building not well renovated. A scam.
