I do not understand certain comments, clean room, welcome +++, very kind and pleasant, took the time to explain many things to us, and the staff is helpful. I will come back, thank you for the welcome.

In 4 days/3 nights, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE CLEANED OUR ROOM, they gave us towels one day at the Front Desk upon request and the next day at the room door. We brought 2 pets, for which they charged 20 Euros per day, and that was the reason why, even with us present, THEY DID NOT CLEAN THE ROOM. BREAKFAST: Good. ROOM: Good. FACILITIES: Well-maintained for being Lourdes, where all the establishments are very old. 4 STARS: With 3, more than enough.

I had stayed at this hotel before, so I already knew that there are very few amenities for a four-star hotel: no kettle, tea or coffee, no safe, and almost no toiletries apart from soap. However, this time the hotel really surpassed itself. I booked and fully paid for a one-night stay and received a booking confirmation. When I arrived, the staff could not find my reservation and said they were not familiar with the Hotels.com website, which I had used to make the booking. As a result, I lost about two precious hours of my time, and they never managed to find my reservation. In the end, they simply allowed me to stay for the night. A very unpleasant and unprofessional experience. I do not recommend this hotel.
