We booked this hotel exceptionally because it had air conditioning, but on arrival the air conditioning was not working, and yet it was not indicated on the reservation, we slept through the night because of the heat ( more than 30°C). In addition the rooms are super dirty, we had to sweep ourselves and you should have seen all the waste we found under the beds, the toilets are also dirty we don't even want to go there, the shower is also poorly adjusted. We are disappointed with this hotel where we used to go, we will never set foot in this residence again.

The hotel is really well located and free parking right next door. Very welcoming staff. On the other hand, the hotel is really dilapidated and needs to be renovated: the air conditioning was broken throughout the entire stay, throughout the hotel, no double doors in the rooms so a lot of noise from doors, tracks etc. hallway late at night. (however no noise from one room to another). As for the dishes and equipment, you have to collect everything yourself in a plastic basin at reception and it's really the minimum of the minimum that is given, we had neither sponge nor kettle. Certainly, we doesn't go to heavy to cook in your room but still. Afterwards the bathroom is very good and the price is not high.

It was a horrible experience.no hot water to shower on a cold winter day. No one at reception desk to help and all the phone numbers we had remained unattended. So basically we did not shower on a Christmas Eve! Such a shame!
