Saint Etienne Hotel

I booked the hotel through agoda website promoting the hotel as 3* which is a big lie it don't even get 1* so poor. 1. The reception is sweet when you check in. The rooms are poor no air-conditioning at 33c temp in June one standing fan. Morning breakfast is a disaster when I went down in dining room at 9am there was nothing except coffee machine, it is so poor what shall we eat , the morning who look after is busy taking to his girlfriend. So people please don't book this Hotel it's just rip-off or U go and experience your self

Certainly it's a bit old but it's a historic city center. The beds are medium but the bathrooms are great although, indeed, they are a bit cheap on soap. I liked the heating and the carpets.
