LE REX HOTEL

Very disappointed with this experience. Pleasant room, but with a view of a crumbling stucco wall, even though we had booked a street-side room. I ask to change, and the rather unpleasant receptionist tells me it is impossible because the hotel is full, which is false since there are several rooms still available on Booking. On the third floor, the wall lamp indicating the room number does not light up.. No one fixes the problem. The icing on the cake, the TV does not work, \"network disconnected,\" and since it is 10 p.m., we are told that no one can fix it. The receptionist, very nice this time, has no solution.. We are very, very far from a 4-star hotel with all this neglect.! Even in a two-star hotel, the TV works! A lot of fuss and pretension, but a reality that does not meet expectations. We are very dissatisfied and very disappointed. In summary, a room with no view and no television for a 4-star price. Hmm....!

My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of spending a weekend at Rexotel. We travel a lot in France and abroad. And we wanted to express our satisfaction for the Quality Service and the general level of this hotel. The rexotel is original (bathroom separated from the bedroom by a bay window -- which can be protected from view by drawing the curtain ) , very comfortable (bed of 2 m20 ) the decoration art deco style 1970/80 , elegant and impeccable delighted us. The hotel is beautiful and the price of the rooms very affordable compared to the standing We'll come back to that for sure.

Don’t you dare expect Service and a Sense of Discernment A 4* product without question, however the product does not do everything.......... Do not hesitate to request a transfer from Tarbes station to the hotel (late arrival) with the prospect that a 4* establishment is able to organize this Service, especially if you make your reservation through booking.com which, to quote the manager: is a provider. You should take the trouble to reply to emails from the provider or contact the property directly. Do not dare to pay in cash for your stay. According to the rules of the house this is not possible. This establishment enjoys a privileged location in the city center, offers an absolutely 4* star product, however in a position of strength being the only one on the spot and having been, according to the staff, the victim of recurrent and consequent indelicacies by their customers, applies a drastic anti-commercial policy.
