Booked for one night via a site. Hotel very well located, on the main boulevard of Luchon. Room 303. Large air-conditioned room with excellent bedding. 2 bottles of water in the room upon our arrival. Very large storage space. It would be a plus to have a shower that can be adjusted in height, rather than fixed. Woke up at 7:15 AM, with the municipal staff using a leaf blower in the street! Had reserved a parking space (10 euros per night). Parking is very accessible and quite convenient in the city center. We would gladly return to this address, but we would ask for a room that faces the back (maybe it would be quieter?).

We reserved a room for three adults. One single bed was in an alcove near the entry, there were two single beds in the main bedroom and a bathroom with bath and shower. The room was very clean, simple and modern. We found the hotel to be quiet. We were pleased to have air conditioning as the weather was very hot. The only drawbacks to the room were it was a little dark with only one small window (perhaps not really a drawback in such hot weather) and the ceiling is very slanted over the bath/shower which is a little inconvenient for tall people. The reception was friendly. The parking lot was full but we were guided on where to park by the hotel staff and it was nearby and free. The hotel is well placed on a main street with restaurants for meals.

Hotel very well located on the shopping street. Extra staff, very kind, warm, and attentive. The hotel is very comfortable: spacious rooms, good bedding. The breakfast is plentiful and very good. Every time I go to Luchon, I book at this hotel, and I am never disappointed!!!
