The hotel is good but the front desk is zero: I arrived at 2:30 PM even though the rooms are only available starting at 4:00 PM. I had to wait until 4:00 PM when a request to the cleaning service could and should have ensured that this particular room was prioritized over the others. This has already happened elsewhere and it is generally resolved like this.

We spent 2 days Negatives: The thalassotherapy was crowded and the showers were not working, which is unfortunate! Positive: the staff is very nice and professional, particularly Valentin and Matieu from the restaurant bar service, despite a very long wait, the gastronomic quality was on point! The view and the white noise of the water allow for true rest and well-being! Small hotel very well located Clean and comfortable bedding
