Lagrange Confort + Kid Le Domaine des 100 Lacs

To flee I am always looking for the 3 stars of the residence.... Lamentable welcome by visibly the manager who is odious, the deposit of 300 euros give in cash refused at the beginning (apparently not possible but note well on the check-in before arrival) according to the manager at the reception since we give the deposit in cash we are certainly crooks 😂😂, in the end she accepts the deposit after a lot of sterile negotiations. We take possession of our room, cleanliness more than doubtful leakage of velux with water everywhere in the kitchen a plastic stapled on the velux of the room I let you imagine when the day rises. In the end after returning to the reception the next morning and in the idea of making me reimburse and leaving the manager always leaves her office with the same attitude that is aggressive, she rehouses us in a larger apartment insisting of course that she outclasses us and therefore that we have nothing to say (fortunately she finds us a solution anyway 😂) The rest stay is not too bad but if you want to find a clean and welcoming place past your way, for us Lagrange is over.

The property is well located and provides a walking distance to the city center of Cauterets. The buildings are a bit old but... good! We had booked an apartment for 4 and we had accommodation for 6, so we had room. The apartment was well equipped with a dishwasher. Welcoming was not at the top! A Quick Service

LAGRANGE, never again... This was our second stay at Lagrange, the previous (disappointing) one going back a good fifteen years. We thought that over time they had improved, but that is not the case. Two weeks holiday from 2 to 16 August 2025, estates of 100 lakes in Cauterets, accommodation for four people. There were three of us plus a dog. Tableware provided for this accommodation; 4 flat plates, same quantities for hollow plates and dessert plates, 4 forks, 4 knives, 4 small spoons and 4 large spoons!!! Result: 1 to 2 dishwashers per day (filled to 1/3 of its capacity)! But Lagrange is committed to the protection of the environment with a beautiful display in the apartment that strongly encourages us to save water and electricity... In addition, apartment very very cool and old, the table (garden furniture, in the description of the residence) provided on the balcony is anecdotal, can be provided so that children can play at the diner, but certainly not to accommodate 4 people. No coat racks or small shelves in the room, not even a chair to put his clothes on. No lock on the toilet door!! Price for a dog 39 € per week or 78 € for our stay; for what service? Well, nothing at all, not even a purse dispenser on the estate. We thought we'd have fun with the fitness room (yes, it's on a nice wooden panel at the pool). Inventory of the famous room: 3 elliptical bikes out of age and a rotten weight bench, all lost in the middle of a large empty space! It sells dreams... Regarding the pool, nothing to report. There are many sunbeds available, but this may be due to the fact that there is no umbrella and when it is between 28 and 32 degrees, it is untenable on the terrace. Moreover, the deckchairs by the pool in the shadow of the perimeter wall are the most popular. I was going to forget the wifi...like the garden furniture table, anecdotal. It's working, it's not working, it's working again. And when it doesn't work anymore, the connection to the network is random and unstable. And this on our three phones. Otherwise the Welcoming was very friendly and courteous, the scenery is beautiful and the town of Cauterets is pretty and very lively.
