Horrible, very dirty, they don't even clean the room or make the bed, a TERRIBLE experience with this hotel, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

I requested a room change because they gave me 509, where the AC units of the hotel across the street were very loud. They should take that into account. The new room was acceptable, but very small; they did not clean it despite me requesting it twice. At the exit they were satisfied with a pathetic one But nothing more. Not even an apology
