The price was not satisfactory for a 4-star hotel; at a minimum, parking in the park should have been included in the price.

The hotel overall is not at all Bad. Excellent location for visiting the sanctuary, comfortable bed and cute and fairly large room. The restaurant service is also not bad at all, but what doesn't work is the cleanliness. First of all, we found a pill and a non-European coin under the bench in the room that certainly did not belong to us, from which we deduce that even before our arrival it had not been cleaned thoroughly. Housekeeping is then done in the late afternoon, which is very annoying because it is exactly the time when you return to the room to rest, which is impossible because you always have to be on edge waiting for the ladies to hurry up and arrive, and, the icing on the cake, once they arrived, we stopped at the reception for about half an hour to give them time to Work calmly and, upon our return, they had only cleaned up some crumbs on the carpet, put out a new soap and STOP. Bed not made, toilet area definitely not cleaned. Considering the importance they give to cleanliness, I would say that it is definitely not of the category it belongs to.

We stayed for three nights at this hotel and everything went very well: excellent location, a stone's throw from the grotto and the heart of Lourdes; family room (4 people) spacious and very clean, with air conditioning and perfectly functioning WiFi. We will return in three years and will choose the same hotel. I highly recommend it. Thank you
