Hotel Mirasol

Very bad experience, obnoxious staff, room staff return to our room at 8am without apology , when we leave the room at 8.30am to go breakfast, the same person very aggressively asks us to leave as soon as possible because other guests have to arrive. Asking for an explanation at the reception, we receive no apology. We go upstairs for breakfast and we are told that it is too late when the Service is over at 9am and it is 8:40am.... I have to get mad for us to be served... breakfast not good at all , tasteless juice lying in water , hot chocolate idem, low-end bread. And what about the room? Small double bed, shower without pressure, room without charm... fortunately it was only for one night for the modest sum of 170 euro, thank you very much for this moment. Will stay in our top 3 worst hotels...

Great value for money, very good room with balcony, a great welcome for my dog, clean room, attentive staff. Breakfast and meals very good. We will definitely come back.

Hotel for groups. Low level service. Tiny room, we were traveling with our labrador and we couldn't move around easily. Positive note: the proximity to the Sanctuary and the kindness of the receptionist. We dined inside with a frankly low-level fixed menu. Low quality/price ratio
