Hotel Savoy

NEVER AGAIN. We have booked 2 nights this hotel with world themed rooms and fully equipped. Unfortunately, this was not so. No mini fridge, no safe and no working air conditioning. It was 30 degrees and more and the extra small room had no window and without working air conditioning not doable to sleep. The hotel offered us the evening after several requests to repair the air conditioning to give the money back but then we had to leave immediately but it was now 11pm. We tried to sleep but this was just sweating. Andy was behind the reception desk and he thought a small fan was a great solution. He did not want to think about a solution, according to Andy the solution was to find another hotel. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GET A GOOD EXPERIENCE

Very good experience, the hotel is very nice. If something is not right, it should be mentioned, but when everything is going well, do not hesitate to leave a note. I was pleasantly welcomed, special mention to the staff who are outstanding, a little shout-out to Yopane who welcomed us very well. I highly recommend this place

We had booked 2 rooms for one night. One with smartbox and one with booking. After booking we wanted to change the date because our projects had been delayed and it proved difficult. The lady at the reception took the case in hand and settled everything. We were even upgraded. We had 2 suites on the 6th floor. What a surprise to see the rooms: beautiful, spacious, whirlpool bath, velux with electric blackout, welcome tray .... Our children were able to enjoy 45 min of SPA which they enjoyed very much. We had breakfast which was varied and very hearty. We also took a parking space (18 euros) which was very convenient because after we did everything by metro. A hotel that we recommend 100%. Thanks again to all the staff
