Acropole Hotel

We realised as we pulled into the driveway that we had stayed here some years ago. The hotel is easy to find on the outskirts of Bernay. The staff are friendly and speak good English. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant but there is very good restaurant next door.

Truly, truly warm welcome, We were with our three children; the hotel is very suitable: large garden, swing, very friendly restaurant nearby, excellent wood-fired meat. I recommend this hotel if you are passing through Bernay

For the money and extremely friendly staff at every interaction this is a 5 star experience. The rooms are comfortable-functional, there’s a tidy little bar at reasonable prices and a popular restaurant next door. There’s even a gym to use….which we did. At night you can hear the road into Bernay and the restaurant next door. Whilst all staff were lovely, the man with glasses behind reception most days was above and beyond. He tripped over himself to do more to help. I am sorry I did not get his name, though hope the hotel looks after him. Please pass on our thanks
