Cleon Comfort Hotel

We booked by phone; fortunately, we did not pay anything. We arrived at 11:45 AM, everything was closed, so we knocked, a man opened wearing a dirty t-shirt with his fly open, very rude; I asked a question, and he completely brushed me off. The towels were drying on the veranda tables, there was a bad smell, so we left for the Campanile. We politely called him to cancel, and he hung up on us. AVOID.

Unpleasant welcome, rude staff, open zipper on pants, dirty outfit, the reception area had a bad smell, indicating a lack of hygiene in the restaurant. I do not recommend it; it is a shame.

We had an excellent stay discovering Rouen thanks to the Seino Marin .Very nice hotel with very welcoming and kind staff. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The hotel offers a restaurant service on the ground floor. The dishes are very good with a real value for money.
