DON'T Believe every word of the bad reviews because they are worse than they of described. The place is a deathtrap. The lift doors don't shut, the oke alarm as been taken away, the electrics are broken in the bathroom, the stairs are narrow and steep with a broken pallister

Dont beleive in the pictures, they aren't real, the hotel is a big cheater. I booked them trusting the pictures but when I arrived I was offered a damp, dirty, smelly, broken and dilapidated room. We had booked the hotel for 7 nights but left after a couple of hours after our stay but the hotel refused to refund. I lost money and the peace of mind of my family as I had to run from hotel to hotel to find an accommodation given the holiday season. The couple of hours we stayed there, my wife had skin infections and my daughter had trauma attacks. Dont trust the pictures and book this hotel. Please share the same with your network as I am going to do the same with my network and in the social media in general.

First of all I do not understand how they get the authorisation to function. Company reserved this because it was cheap but when you arrive here your head explodes when you see where you arrived. Dirty walls, dirty windows, dirty kitchen. Everything is old. I don't think that they improved something in the last 10 years. The doors from the rooms are from wood and look like they are from the second world war. Everything you do in the room can be heard on the hallway, you can't have a decent conversation without being heard by other people. The best thing is the kitchen, I added some photos with the dishes from my room. Everything with this hotel is wrong, the management of the hotel doesn't care at all, too bad because is located so good near Gare du Havre.
