Residence Les Embruns

We stayed at this property with my husband and two children from 11 to 13 June. We had BEDBUGS in our room. We have not received any compensation. I was stung as well as my 4-year-old daughter. We were supposed to stay until Sunday, June 15 and obviously shortened our stay. The property did not reimburse us for the two nights we did not stay at their property. And I am still waiting for a return from them for possible compensation from them,

Very old, despite the exterior appearance and photos of the site. We arrived, the cleaning had not been done, the reception did not even have a mop to give us so that we could clean. It was not until the next day to have a slight vacuuming and cleaning of the floor, a bit lamentable... Especially since there is the presence of Germanic cockroaches (some of which died in the curtains).... Beds and pillows are dirty, we had to clean them by ourselves (15€ dry cleaning)... Not at the level of Pierre & Vacances, considering the price of the rental for a week in August... I strongly advise against it. The only interest is the location close to the beach.

There's dirt everywhere, impossible to access because of the smell. Stay away from this residence.attention this residence there are 3 stars hahaha
