First stay at this establishment. We were not disappointed with the services, which were in line with a beautiful 5-star establishment. A small downside regarding the hotel entrance on the street, which is less majestic and aesthetic than the Normandy; the awning is more reminiscent of a Parisian bistro than a 5-star hotel. On the other hand, as soon as you walk through the doors, the interior is magnificent. The decor is old-fashioned but done with a certain taste; the atmosphere is unique and truly invites relaxation, with a bar area and a pianist in the evening. The establishment has an outdoor pool heated to 25 degrees and a spa; I was unable to enjoy either due to a lack of time, but the area is pleasant. The wide hallways leading to the room were magnificent; one rarely judges the common areas, but they were in keeping with the establishment and gave off a pleasant scent. As for the room we had, it was simply sublime. A perfect view of the sea, not frontal but at an angle, impeccable bedding, and a courtesy tray with pleasant little surprises when you come to this type of hotel. A bed had been prepared for my child with card games and drawing supplies. The bathroom was perfect, shower and bathtub, and above all the must-have for me, Guerlain products. The only disappointment remains the breakfast in relation to the price (38 euros for the continental and 12 euros extra to add the American); having stayed at a number of establishments of this standing, I find that the breakfast lacks diversity, it looks a bit messy with all those cheeses laid out in bulk, the savory selection should include bacon, fried eggs, etc... The fresh fruit was also not very varied. On the other hand, their juicer is a superb idea and the Christophe Adam products are a sure bet. Aside from this breakfast offering, it is a superb hotel, we will return.

we spend 4 days at the hotel in a room that was supposed to be the only one left with Airco with Sea View for the price of 950 Euro a night:
We felt catapulted 40 years back in time ........the breakfast was served in the Garden in a Hitchcock setting. as soon as we left the table to go to the buffet seagulls invaded our table:we had a magician that cleaned our room who magically let the remote controle and the bathrobe disappear.
In the evening we wanted to enjoy a glass of Champagne in the Bar but even though there were 2 people working behind the Bar, nobody ever made an attempt to take our order;
When we checked out the bellboy forgot one of our bags in the room; while we were already two hours away from the hotel we got a call that WE forgot the bag in the room so they suggested to send it to us on our OWN expense.
A week later the bag is still not here .
Long story short : Never again

The welcome at the reception is very professional and courteous.
The heated outdoor pool is a real asset with a very peaceful atmosphere.
The room is spacious and has all the necessary amenities (though we regret the lack of air conditioning).
The breakfast is excellent and offers a large selection of fresh products, including local cheeses.
