A sports event led us to this apartment hotel to find a night of rest after the trip. Access is facilitated thanks to codes and a safe for access cards outside of reception hours. Secure parking at the foot of the residence. The apartment, a one-bedroom, was spacious enough for four, impeccably clean, with the essentials for doing a bit of cooking. Two televisions. It was impeccable. I recommend.

My wife and I have been attending this residence occasionally since 2019. So the quality of the services (welcome, quiet, bedding, cleanliness...) satisfies us, and this for an unbeatable price: our last stay - three nights on Easter weekend - cost us only 143.10 euros (excluding tourist tax). Of course, not everything is perfect. During our last visit, we regretted the dirt on the windows, mismatched dishes, a frying pan out of age and a water balloon that apparently only heats up at night. But nothing to deter us from this establishment that surpasses in many ways many hotels in Caen. The possibility of making your own "potote" is a real plus for us.

We stayed 3 nights at this property. Not being hotels you can not find the same Service as they are apartments that have the necessary to be able to cook fast food. There is the possibility to park the car for a fee in their parking and you can have breakfast always paying. The location is also convenient on foot to reach the city center. Cleanliness and comfort promoted.
