How can the service of such an establishment be so poor??? We had to return to the front desk 3 times to retrieve our bill and to have the parking instructions explained because when the question was asked, the response was "there is nothing special to do".... The restaurant servers do not raise the standard. With each request, we had to ask again because it had been forgotten, and we are not the only ones who have experienced this. The room is hardly any better.... Mold in the shower, stains on the bedroom wall... On the other hand, the breakfast staff and the quality of the breakfast were impeccable.

Very disappointed, the service at the reception was very average, a lot of waiting, and a lack of consideration for their clients. Quite a large room but two single beds instead of a double bed, and for the bathroom, the showerhead was almost broken. The sauna was not working, and the restaurant was exceptionally closed. Of course, we were informed at the last moment. A strong point, however, for the breakfast! In short, I do not recommend it!

Spacious and clean room, but the welcome and amenities are not up to par (the key card is more than capricious, kettle missing, phone not working, no heating in a freezing room!). I will only return if I have no choice. It's a shame, the location is great.
