Club Belambra Presqu’ile du Ponant

We really like this club. My husband and I would like to particularly congratulate Jeremy, who is in charge of pool activities, aqua-bike, aqua gym, and swimming lessons; his energy, humor, and kindness make the activities lively and fun, he is truly an asset to the club!!! He makes you want to participate!

5th stay at Belambra and 2nd time at this club, which remains pleasant, both for its location and its amenities. The positive points: - The welcome, very friendly and responsive, - The accommodation, renovated and air-conditioned, better than before, - Its geographical location, in a natural setting, in a wooded and very well-maintained park, not too far from the city center, - The main dining area, which offers a nice variety of dishes, - A director who is omnipresent and close to her teams, - The entertainment and the kids' club, - The laundry room, practical and easy to use, - The responsiveness of the technical services (notably following a TV breakdown), - The massage services. Areas for improvement: - The "brasero" restaurant: previously near the main pool, it is now located on the rooftop. This change likely gave it more visibility, but the trade-off is less tranquility. Furthermore, the selection of appetizers and desserts is much less varied than at the main dining area. The meats and fish remain very good, however. - The isolated case of a barmaid, at the main bar, who was particularly unpleasant, which contributed to us getting our drinks elsewhere whenever we could! - The service of frozen desserts (in tubs) would benefit from being provided by staff, rather than being self-service. This would prevent the small hands of greedy and unsupervised young children from being in direct contact with the food, and would allow for the systematic closing of the refrigerated unit. Overall, and if you can live with the "areas for improvement," a good club where we could return...

Very good stay. The site is magnificent! Staying in a bungalow (3 people), nothing to complain about except that the bathroom is very small. We were on a half-board basis, and what was offered to us was decent. We are therefore satisfied overall and ready to go back to a Belambra village!
