This establishment is very well located, but since the change in management, some very disturbing operational anomalies should be noted: - no or very little supervision of the pool, which unfortunately is the subject of noise disturbances. - no or very little night security service that used to protect us from unwanted individuals. - triggering of fire alarms due to unauthorized use of cigarettes in the apartments (1 a.m. for example). signed: a regular visitor to the premises

❌ Disappointing, I will not come back. I came alone to spend a quiet weekend, but unfortunately this residence does not keep its promises. On arrival, I was told that I had a bank account of €300. I am guaranteed that the money will not be taken, but I was debited, which compromised my weekend. The staff tells me that it’s because of my debit card and that it happens all the time... and that it penalizes them to have to explain this every time (waste of time). Then I discover a puddle under the fridge. The reception simply tells me to increase the thermostat... The apartment is very old, the bedding catastrophic, no sound insulation (I heard everything from my neighbors, including vomiting all night), and no shutters with floor-to-ceiling windows = no greasy morning possible. At the time of departure, I was forgotten while waiting for the state of play .. 🟟� Only positive: the air conditioning works well. What a waste in such a beautiful place. I don't recommend it.

Very well received for arrival at 3pm, studio with nice air conditioning, very good location, gate that overlooks the port, very nice outdoor setting. Too bad there is no inventory at the entrance. Be sure to make an appointment for departure. I had not made an appointment for the departure, but we were still welcomed at 8am for our departure.
