Le Clos De L'Aube Rouge

On the past date of 04/06/2026, we had a reservation through a travel agency for an organized trip of 16 people. The reservation was made and confirmed by TRAVEL GROUP from Sant Vicens de Montalt. Our surprise came when at the restaurant they told us that we had no reservation (even though we had the confirmation) and that the restaurant was full (everything was occupied). In light of our insistence and seeing that we began to make the necessary calls, the manager of the dining room started to become very rude. Even so, after speaking with TRAVEL GROUP, the very unpleasant, dishonest, and vulgar manager flatly refused to seek a solution. The group was made up of retirees, and we were forced to look for an alternative. Fortunately, we were able to find a restaurant that welcomed us very kindly, with great professionalism, speed, and we were able to enjoy an exquisite menu for €16.50. My disappointment was immense, not because of the incident itself, as anyone can make a mistake, but because of the arrogance, rudeness, bravado, and lack of professionalism of the individual in question.

Our association 'Les Vacances De La Vie' concludes its stay at Clos De l'Aube Rouge. Very friendly accommodation, comfortable rooms, and daily maintenance well executed, (some are still under renovation). On the restaurant and boarding side, quality cuisine and regional products for pleasant menus. A special mention for the excellent, very friendly, and kind staff providing efficient service. In conclusion, a valuable address.

Very disappointing. Direction not customer-oriented at all. I don't recommend it. Other options in the area in better quality
