Domaine Saint Hilaire

We discovered the Saint Hilaire estate with friends. The welcome was perfect! Ina took all the necessary time to introduce us to the estate and its history before the wine tasting! Whites, Rosés, Reds—everyone found their happiness! All accompanied by generous, delicious tapas that Ina skillfully prepared for us. The new owner joined us at the end of the visit and took the time to chat with us and show us the part of the house where it is possible to stay. In short, a very pleasant moment and a flawless welcome! We left with the trunk loaded with excellent bottles from the estate. We recommend it wholeheartedly and definitely plan to return regularly, Eric & Marie

We spent 7 nights with friends at the Domaine Saint Hilaire. The property is wonderful, fully amenatized, and the location very convenient if you want to explore the region. Each bedroom was well appointed with en-suite bathrooms and all the beds were very comfortable. Ina and the staff were all incredibly accommodating both prior to our arrival and during our stay. Ina arranged meals for us as well as a wine pairing experience, she also recommended a great chef/traiteur for two of the dinners she did not ordganize herself. I would not hesitate to return to the Domaine.

Amazing week spent at Domaine Saint Hilaire! The home and surrounding property is gorgeous with a vineyard, winery and pool area. The outdoor patio dining area was serene and comfortable. Rooms and bathrooms are modern and beautifully decorated. Full kitchen available and we added breakfast, dinner and wine tasting services, which were delicious and graciously presented. Ina was an amazing hostess and cook, welcoming us like family. Many towns and fun excursions were within driving distances including Nimes, Orange, Arles, Collioure, and Roquefort.
