Wonderful, boutique, hotel, clean, comfortable rooms and wonderful staff

We stayed at the Ulysse hotel and were extremely disappointed by the manager's contemptuous and very unpleasant attitude. He scolded us disrespectfully for asking for a correction on a payment, which was an error on their part regarding the initial invoice. We would like to thank the rest of the hotel staff who were kind and supportive. For this reason, we do not recommend this hotel, which is clearly overrated on Booking. Other nearby hotels are better located, offering better services at the same price.

We are very disappointed with our stay. From the moment we arrived, the manager was particularly unpleasant, contemptuous, and disrespectful. His attitude made us feel unwelcome. Fortunately, two employees (Abdel and Franck) were extremely kind, professional, and helpful. Their warm welcome, availability, and kindness were the only positive aspects of our experience, and we sincerely thank them. It is regrettable that the quality of their work is overshadowed by the manager's attitude.
