Hotel Le Mas de Grille

Ants in the sheets, impossible to sleep

Avoid at all costs; despite a reservation made and confirmed by Booking, they refused me access to the room. In addition, there was beer can trash in the entryway.

Worst Hotel I have ever booked, Hotel itself was good beds rooms etc was not to complain about, but staff was so unfriendly, one young ladies after, if you asked for a Coke it was already pfff, and a fake smile, during breakfast you had to power eggs cooking device because cable was loose, there were a few eggs had to ask customers for more and more, a few were taken out of the kitchen again, there was only 1 salt and 1 pepper in the whole hotel, salt was also empty, people went to ask each other for salt, the tables were not cleaned up for hours, staff did not care, if you asked for something they had angry face, especially the one blonde ladies who worked during the day. So you're not really welcome there.
