ibis Montpellier Fabregues

Hotel that detracts from the brand image of "Ace Hotel" because very poorly located (by the highway and near the car park); Breakfast without any chocolate or bread (only three slices of bread crumbs with whole wheat that fight duels in a basket). The very warm evening employee; the indolent and unsympathetic morning employee.

28/6/25 I take a reservation by phone ( nice and pleasant lady ). There was no room for 3 ( 2 adults and our 5 year old daughter) so we book 2 communicating rooms. When we arrive it is 1am (it was planned with the lady), the gentleman who receives us tells me that we no longer have our rooms.... There is 1 room on the 1st and 1 on the ground floor. Not practical with the little one. I said to him: do you have a cot to take our daughter with us, he says yes, no sheets, no pillow for the little one. I tell him I'm not satisfied he answers me if you want to leave go.... We still have breakfast the next day. I ask him could make you a gesture to compensate your resa error, he answers me no sir.... I am sorry but I will not set foot in this hotel and I will advertise it here!!!!

Quiet hotel, clean, with a warm and friendly welcome. Breakfast very good. On the other hand the restaurant just below is pitiful. Cold chicken, dry, crushed potato without salt, carrots without salt. We stopped during a trip between the Ariège and the Hautes-Alpes, this hotel is convenient, but considering the quality of the restaurant nearby next time we will go elsewhere. One suggestion: be able to have pizzas in the breakfast room of the hotel. That would be better than the local self.
