Distinctly average room in the annexe . Quite small . Lots of noise from neighbouring rooms and boiling hot ! Very strong smell of bleach on arrival. A4 notice on bed saying don’t put luggage on bed...

Very very poor customer service, unprofessional and inappropriate. Do better... Charged over £200 and didn't see the inside of the building. And the words that I got from the customer service rep...
