Stay marked by a cigarette smoke problem coming from the neighboring apartment, invading our room through the window, repeatedly over several days. Reported 3 times to the front desk during the stay: each time, the response was that no solution could be provided (establishment full), even though the house rules formally prohibit smoking and provide for a penalty in case of non-compliance. After the stay, management only offered as compensation the refund of parking and breakfasts — a tiny fraction of the stay's cost — on the grounds that "the stay was fully consumed," even though staying on-site was the only option offered by their teams due to a lack of alternatives. Too bad, because the welcome and the usual services of Appart'City had satisfied us until then (we were members). Firmer management of non-compliance with internal rules, and compensation proportional to the damage, are expected from an establishment of this size.

Very good place, good welcome, large room and nice bathroom, but it's a shame there is no A/C.

We had booked two nights at this hotel largely for the air conditioning, which was clearly indicated in the features of the establishment on their own site, in anticipation of the heatwave. Upon arrival, there was no air conditioning in the room: only a simple fan, insufficient for a very hot room. Contrary to what management claims in response to other similar reviews on Google reviews, air conditioning is indeed advertised among the services/features of the hotel (see the image). The problem seems to be well known, but there has been no response from management! With the large bay windows in the rooms, the heat quickly becomes stifling, to the point that we preferred to cancel the second night rather than stay in this true thermal kettle. No commercial gesture was offered to us despite this advertised but absent service. Very disappointed by this false promise. Positive points: the staff on site were very pleasant, the receptionist had the good sense to offer us a second fan (always better than nothing), the room was acceptable (slight smell of tobacco upon entering, but well, not really their fault in this case).
