Price of the room 179 euros without parking or breakfast. We expect for this price a nice clean room. Bedroom: dirty bathroom shower joints, missing piece of tile, damaged wall, damaged desk, damaged lampshade, non-soundproofed room. This hotel certainly does not deserve its 3 stars! Only positive I Welcoming, very nice person, that's all. I would definitely not recommend this hotel, quality price it is a scam!.

At 3 pm we were handed the room as per the « regulation » of the hotel. Too bad... the room had not been redone after the passage of previous guests. The doubt about the cleanliness and quality of Service, not at all surprised nor particularly fast in resolving the situation, is concrete.

I was genuinely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. According to the hotel’s own policy, rooms were supposed to be cleaned daily, with complimentary tea and coffee provided. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff failed to clean my room for two consecutive days. I reported this twice to the reception, but their only response was to offer vague apologies with no real effort to address the issue. There were also visible spiderwebs in the room upon my arrival, which made it clear that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned before I checked in. To make matters worse, a patch of dry, flaking paint on the ceiling—directly above the bed—looked like it could fall at any moment. This was not only unpleasant but also a potential safety concern. Overall, the lack of basic cleanliness, poor maintenance, and the staff’s indifferent attitude left a very negative impression. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend this hotel to others unless they seriously improve their housekeeping standards, customer service, and general upkeep.
