We do not understand the negative reviews. We appreciated the residence. Very good stay. Very friendly welcome. Well-maintained gardens. Clean and well-equipped apartment, overlooking a green area. Good bedding. One assigned parking space + bike garage. Close to the sea. We will return!

We are regulars of Lagrange but it was the first time at this place. We were excited by the corner and the residence which has many green spaces and which are perfectly maintained. A little behind the main road, you will be quiet while being close to walks that lead to the sea.The real city center is a bit far so you have to think about having a car to do the shopping. About the apartments, indeed, the cleaning is only partially done but it is also not dirty. We feel that the residence is taken care of and that it will only go better. The walls were recently repainted and there is still some minor work to be done, but it is planned. For dishes and appliances, everything was new on our side (except the dishwasher but worked perfectly). Good bedding, and comfortable sofa, spacious apartment. We had a very small room under the roofs and they were not very convenient but it would seem that this is not the case in all apartments. I recommend this residence which is very nice and with very kind staff and which does everything to please you.

Residence located on the heights of Saint Briac, near the golf of Dinard, off the road. Very nice place, my accommodation overlooked an island of greenery. Very quiet. Friendly welcome. Close to the GR34, perfect for hiking enthusiasts.
