Random TV reception. Very limited kitchen utensils, even for two people. No service, not even a fan during a heatwave. We have come here several times. And this year will be the last. 2 washing machines for all the rentals is a bit tight, especially when one breaks down. Too bad because the region is beautiful.

I stayed there for 2 weeks last year and had to close the patio door (the only opening - I was on the ground floor) with my knee! The receptionist did not want to change my accommodation, saying it was full, BUT... if I paid an extra fee, then accommodation was available! What saves them is the location!

Always very warmly welcomed by Myriam, the Manager. We have been coming to the Kermaël Residence in St-Briac for about twenty years, very well located on this beautiful Emerald Coast. We stay there for several weeks, which means a lot of luggage, and this year the new operator Goelia decided to remove all the carts 😡🥵 Thank you to them! Similarly, this year, there are not enough sun loungers, whereas every year those that were out of service were systematically replaced, and there is also no water for showering! This gives a bad image of the management by Goelia.
