A great week with great comfort and proximity to the beach that allowed for a great stay. THANKS to the whole team

A small downside regarding the cleanliness of the accommodation in terms of the floor, but the floor cleaning kit does not allow for proper cleaning and needs improvement.

This is the second time we have stayed at the NEPTUNIA Residence; overall, there is nothing to complain about except that the first time we were on the first floor with noise very early in the morning from deliveries just below our room, and this year we were on the top floor with a very small balcony where it was impossible to hang our swimsuits to dry or even to have coffee for two, as it was so small. For next time, perhaps a room on the third floor would be better… However, a big shout-out to the extremely responsive staff following a small invasion of ants due to the heat; the head of housekeeping immediately offered us a change to another room on the same floor, which we greatly appreciated. A big thank you also to Alain the valet who helped us a lot with the maneuvering in the garage descent…
