Very bad experience, rooms not air-conditioned during the heatwave, we got one fan from the front desk and added our own for zero result, we were suffocating in the room where it was over 40 degrees. The shower head was so scaled up that it had a power-washer effect, the toilet bowl is cracked and the seat is not the right size, the outlets are detached from the wall, the sink would not drain because of a basket filled with soap residue and hair.... avoid even if you have no choice.

Hello,
I don't even know where to start…
Misleading photo of the breakfast.
Misleading photo of the rooms.
The person in charge of the hotel is very friendly and does their best, but unfortunately, that is not enough to compensate for the many problems encountered.
The most shocking remains the presence of bed bugs. We initially had a room with a double bed and a single bed for three people. We discovered a bed bug in the double bed. We immediately informed the manager.
Furthermore, there was no air conditioning. The manager offered us two rooms, which we accepted.
Unfortunately, neither of the two rooms was air-conditioned. One was a bit more bearable, but the other was a true nightmare despite the fans. It was nearly impossible to sleep because of the heat.
During the night, another unpleasant surprise: a bedbug ended up on my mobile phone. Between the stifling heat and the bedbugs, we hardly slept at all.
Regarding cleanliness, it is clear that the hotel needs a serious refresh. But that does not prevent ensuring thorough cleaning.
I strongly advise against this hotel until effective treatment for bedbugs has been carried out and it is equipped with air conditioning.
On the other hand, breakfast is served at the bar located across the street, where the lady who welcomed us is very kind.

I will not speak of the three lilies hotel, but since it is the same person managing it, I will speak of Villandry, room at the end of a garden, the manager said no steps and there were some, not great for a disabled person. The room is patched up to save as much money as possible, the floor moves, the shower head is very small, the bed when we lay down, the slats popped out. For the second night, while sleeping at 2 AM, one slat fell, then two, then three, then eight; as a disabled person, I found myself with my head and feet in the air and my backside down, it took a long time to get out of that situation. The pillowcases are too small and the pillows are stained with blood. A foul smell in the bathroom, sewer odors coming up. Terrible service, lamentable performance, dirty bed, a place to avoid, very, very expensive for a service that does not exist.
