Never experienced it before. Very dirty hotel and the food was anything but good. Was thrown on the board. I can't put it any other way. The room was not clean and on the balcony you could not sit. Everywhere you went you stuck to the ground. Never again 😡 The staff member in the morning was very sweet.

A hotel that deserves to be modernized, but overall the stay was pleasant. The positive points are the air conditioning and the pool, which are very much appreciated. On the other hand, it would be good to offer some snacks to nibble on outside of meal times, especially for children.

Extremely disappointed by this officially 3-star hotel: the terrace and table on the terrace were really very dirty (I was told that the terrace would be cleaned 3 days after my stay, I would have preferred it to be done beforehand!), the soap bottle at the sink was almost empty (for a 3-star hotel, this should be checked beforehand, it is a minimum, not the client's responsibility to point it out), a hole in the false ceiling and more importantly in my opinion: a staff member reproached me for having borrowed a plate in an open area in front of the reception without informing her, even though there was no one at the reception at the exact moment I took that unfortunate plate and no sign prohibiting it. €134 per night to endure reproaches. Plus the rest.
