Chateau de Rochecotte

I went there with my husband for our wedding anniversary and everything was perfect! Our room was spacious and comfortable and well decorated without being ostentatious. Everything necessary was provided so that we felt comfortable (welcome tray, toiletries, sewing kit, etc.). We were also able to enjoy the magnificent swimming pool in a relaxing and green setting. We strolled through the perfectly maintained paths with flowery surroundings, we visited the pretty little chapel and were able to contemplate the Loire from the magnificent terrace with its colonnades. We had an aperitif under the cedar tree in a soothing and romantic environment while contemplating the superb facade of the castle before heading to the dining room. The dinner was above our expectations: from the presentation to the quality of the products: A treat for the eyes as well as for the palate! In the morning, we had our breakfast served as a buffet with local products and homemade pastries: so many choices and so many flavors! I really appreciated the professionalism of the staff who were also smiling and very kind. And a huge thank you to all the staff: from the person at the front desk to the servers who welcomed and assisted us - everyone was very friendly and very helpful! In summary: a big, big thank you for making this surprise birthday stay that I gave my husband unforgettable!

We chose the Château de Rochecotte for dinner. We really liked the setting, the quality of the service, and the dishes, with a special mention for the dessert: the two-chocolate tart. The wines were also up to par, especially the Pernand-Vergelesses.

We had a pleasant weekend at the Château de Rochecotte. All the staff are kind and attentive, the bedding is very comfortable and every detail of the room is perfect (decoration, A/C, quality tea, bath products, etc.). Special mention for the setting and the brunch, a real feast with good value for money.
