Lemon Hotel Chatellerault

We arrived around 9:30 pm , there was no one to greet us , while the reception closes only at 11 pm! We had to call to bring someone in! We're finally heading to our rooms, One did not have a functional socket , I do not even talk about the filthy smell of it, nor the state of the bedding , besides there are not even sheets provided .!?! For the other one exactly the same problems, with a dirty sink in addition! So forced to change rooms..., to find the same problems.... With all this we had to ask for towels because if we don't ask for them, they don't give them away!! I also attached a photo of the shared toilet A NIGHTMARE!?!!!

We arrive at the hotel, but no one is present at the reception. We wait a moment, thinking that someone will eventually arrive, but still no one on the horizon. A slight panic sets in. Finally, we decide to call the number indicated on the reservation. A lady informs us that someone will come to greet us. After a while, a member of the staff finally arrives and gives us the key to the room. Once inside, the bedding seriously leaves something to be desired: the pillowcases have obviously not been changed, there are no sheets, only a stained blanket. And a smell of a wet dog.And no functional power outlet This is, without a doubt, the worst hotel I've had the opportunity to book. I will never go back and I strongly advise against it.

It’s terrible and indescribable! Dirty, smelly, dilapidated.... A bed where there is only one sheet and a stained bedspread that smells very bad, Cobwebs want some, there it is, a floor with joint holes, a big hole in a wall. On the ground floor, we open the window and we see very, very large grass in which piles of rubbish have been thrown. Crazy difficulty. To open the bedroom door: cause of general wear and tear...
