Relais 500 de Vienne

I had booked in this Hotel. I was delayed on the road (I was arriving from Nantes). I contacted the hotel around 8:30 p.m. to manage my later than expected arrival. I had a person online who displayed a definitive refusal to accept, refusing to consider my situation. This person told me that it would be impossible to welcome me after 10 p.m., without offering me any solution. Arriving a little after 11 p.m., without accommodation, I had to sleep in my car! Sense of hospitality and salesmanship: zero.

Arrived after 9:30 p.m. in pouring rain, a hell of a storm. Nice Motel system, car in front of the door. Simple breakfast. Were on the left side of the building, rear view lousy! But on the right side it must be nice! Mythical place 👍🏻

Welcoming staff, quiet area despite the expressway just ahead. The restaurant's dishes are top (25€ for the starter, main course, cheese menu). The rooms are clean, the bedding could be improved but it is sufficient for a stopover before heading south.
