Very very dirty. Dirty floor, pieces of toilet paper on the floor, dirty objects in the cabinet, shower drain defective, pee on the axis of the WC. Unnecessary items left in the room. Two refrigerators, both out of service

This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in , the room was absolutely disgusting. The pillows and bed sheets were covered in stains , the bed was full of hairs and the floor was filthy. The owners & numerous members of her family were making a lot of noise late into the night with no consideration for their guests. Breakfast consisted of one croissant , a piece of bread and a yoghurt. With cold coffee and no milk available ! When it came to checking out no-one was available and the reception area had been closed off behind a metal shutter. Thank god i only stayed for one night , avoid this hotel at all costs !!!

Even though on the voucher it was written that the check in is from 12 to 23, when I arrived at the hotel at 14 there was no one at the reception. There was no message on the door, so I had to ask the people who live in the same building where the hotel is if they know why the reception is closed. I was given the telephone number of the owner's daughter, so I called her, only to find out that the person who is in charge of attending the customers will come at 18. I kindly asked her to come earlier, but she said that it's impossible. I and my parents had to wait four hours until someone attended us. I was unpleasantly surprised by the staff's indifference.
