Citadines Grenoble

Nice place to stay when in Grenoble. Downtown is nearby. Car park available (bu with narrow places). Warm welcome from efficient staff. Flat small but fully equiped. Quiet. Good matress. Breakfast (given in bags) is good. No bad surprise. Nice place, nice people.

Good value for the price I paid. The studios are fully equiped. I slept very well during my stay. The internet was fast. There's a TV but the list of channels is limited for non french speakers. The room was very quiet too

I stayed here for two weeks and all the receptionists that I interacted with were very nice, friendly and helpful. The room was a good size with a kitchenette that even included a dishwasher. There was plenty of closet space and it was clean. The main room contained what I believe was a queen size bed and a good size desk and chair. There is a ledge over the bathroom sink to place a toothbrush, etc. The negatives were the fact that there was no shower curtain, and so the floor usually got wet after a shower and the fact that the toilet was over near the front door rather than in the same room as the sink and shower. Also, the safe was not working in my room, but that was fixed the next day, as promised. There are two washers and one dryer downstairs, which didn’t make sense, as there was a wait for the dryer. The location was pretty good for my needs. It was only a minute or two walk to the Chavant stop for the C1 bus that goes to the train station in one direction and the place I needed to work in the other direction. There were two grocery stores, a fruit/vegetable store, a cheese shop, two bakeries and several restaurants very close by. There is a tobacco store across the street where you can purchase bus/tram tickets. It is only approx a 10 minute walk to the downtown.
