I arrived at night, the door was closed and it was raining outside. I rang a bell, but a guy who was inside did not want to let me in. After some time when I eventually was able to come in, turned out the ‘receptionist’ does not speak English and had no idea how to check me in. Even though I showed reservation document. Then he gave me a temporary room. In the morning, no one even tried to apologize and the hotel just decided to move my things to another room while I was out. I did not get any notification about this action and they did not even need my approval. I paid 600€ for this service. And should say, it’s the worst experience I have ever had! Earlier when I tried to cancel my reservation, they did not let me to do so. But I feel like I should not be paying for this kind of disrespect!

Clean, well furnished hotel 1 mnt from grenoble train and bus station they have a luggage room for free the check in was really easy and fast the stuff was really helpful and professional i would of course recommend this hotel For anyone who have a quick visit to grenoble otherwise the apart will be the best option for long stay

+ Nice business hotel, friendly welcome, clean and quiet rooms with spacious bathroom with bath, separate shower and toilet, elevator, covered private parking in the garage and public parking in front of the hotel (paying). nice restaurant, good extensive breakfast with choice. - carpet, no telephone in the room, no folding bench for the suitcase
