Overall, a decent hotel, friendly staff, small room but with the essentials needed for one night. However, there were some cleanliness issues, especially in the bathroom: the toilet bowl was broken and very dirty (with urine stains), there were hairs in the bathtub, and a cigarette butt in the bathroom trash can (which gave the room a lingering smell of stale tobacco). I immediately reported these issues to the receptionist, who quickly took the necessary steps to clean. The bathroom and hallway were a bit outdated (peeling paint, electrical wires hanging from the ceiling in the hallway), but it was indicated that renovations were underway; perhaps I was unfortunately in the non-renovated part of the hotel. Another downside of the room: located on the ground floor facing the parking lot and the street, it was imperative to close the curtains (thus no daylight) to limit visibility from passersby. Decent breakfast, not very lavish but sufficient (pastries, ham, cheese, bread, cereals, yogurts, fruit salad, hot/cold drinks)

Rooms are small, the bed is also narrow, as well as the bathroom (with a door that did not close). The rooms are not well soundproofed; you can hear the neighbors going to the bathroom :( Some people arrive at night without much concern for others (talking very loudly, etc.....) The room doors are also very heavy to open (security doors :) ) Well..... we spent 4 nights and it is a pity that the TV (in the other rooms as well) did not work. Hoping that the workers who were there did not cut a cable. The rooms could use a bit of renovation The breakfast room is very welcoming and there is a lot of choice for dining in the morning. The staff is very pleasant. We had a good stay. I recommend this hotel.
