Horrible everything is very dirty cobwebs kitchen wall impregnated with grease stains dirty and black ventilation impossible to open the windows hammered with pigeon droppings! But where are the maintenance staff? Not to mention the smells of smokers at the entrance to the residence!

Great place, we had a large 2 bed apartment with a kitchenette. Spotlessly clean and comfy beds. Manager was very amenable and allowed us to check in early. The housekeeper leant us her phone to call him and was so friendly and helpful. Thanks! Great location, near the centre and the bottom of the cable car. Grenoble is lovely, we'd love to come back!

Great location and good price. Room rather plain but it is a residence and not a hotel. Breakfast not worth the money-juice, hot drink, bread. Internet not usable in room despite the router being right out side the door. They need to up the signal in place and up the internet speed. Staff was very friendly. Paid parking available.
