Do not stay here, when we did there was hidden charges and my partner had a rash near the end of our stay and on our last night I found BEDBUGS. I would not stay here until they resolve this as they infest hotels quickly. So annoyed as no member of staff was on site to resolve the issue. Worst of all I have steam cleaned all my luggage when i got home and some clothes wrecked but could not risk the BEDBUGS coming home with us... The location and ease of the hotel is what makes this place great. the hotels located right at the centre of the Bergers area so has easy access to ski hire shops, ski pass terminals, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. The pool and spa facilities make a great addition for after ski activities and the restaurant within the hotel did amazing French food. Only let down is the locker sizes and that the rooms are a bit small for the amount of people they're for. We could only just fit 3 pairs of ski's in the locker which was for all 6 of us. Overall great for a cheap but good ski holiday.

Great location. No frills apartment. It needed a good clean and the ski boot/locker room was grim. The kitchen and utensils needed a really good clean before use. The floor was very dirty and linen was hostel standard. Thin towels and marked sheets.
