Residence Maeva La Muzelle

1 week skiing with the family 7! Apartment 312 on the top floor very good for 8 people with 2 bedrooms + a large sleeping area. 2 bathroom toilets! These are two beds with real mattresses in the living room that serve as beds! No sofa bed. Don't trust the comments. New director who imposes calm in the residence. We were not at all disturbed by the noise. Apartment well soundproofed except with the hallway but no noise in the hallways. Clean and functional apartment for 8! 3 min walk from the lifts View of the mountain Arrival at 5pm but the manager read to give us the apartment at 3pm for my 3 year old son’s nap. Playground outside the residence The apartment is comfortable for 8! The - : thin blankets and which are not washed No dish in the kitchen for tartiflettes etc... All pots and pans.

On a university society trip to the French Alps, we were expected to have an unforgettable experience, meeting new people, making friends and having fun on the slopes of Les Deux Alpes. As everybody knows, one of the most important parts of a holiday is the place you stay, and La Muzelle was NOT a comfortable one. For skiers who need to be able to feel suited in their accommodation and that they will have a well-rested night after a long day of physical activity, this apartment complex by Travelski did not meet up to these expectations. The discrimination of people from the UK, prejudice, and pure delusional power-hungry workers of the facilities, I was most certainly uncomfortable with my stay here. I dreaded going back to my room which was shared by other students. Why allow students to stay in such a place and not expect the enjoyment of them on their holidays? It is a scheme which reinforces hateful tropes of those who produce them in the first place. With a few neurodivergent students as well, specifically, the security were very much unprepared for the situation of such people, who may not be able to access or understand such policies as well as others. When preparing to go out, they mistakenly thought one of OUR STUDENTS as someone disturbing a room, when actually it was just him checking on everyone to make sure that they were ready to go out. On leaving the accommodation, forcefully, we were left without access to get coats, mobile phones and other important items that you would usually take on a night out (to ensure safety). This gives evidence that suggests the security was (and is) invaluable and not protective of us, their residents, and should, by me, one of their recent residents, not be recognised as a suitable place to stay for a trip abroad. We will never be returning here again, for the sake of our own safety.

Find the least you can get paid at the inventory. Dishwasher defective, lack of slats in bed and make us pay. Unceasing noise all night. No sheets and just a little blanket to sleep on top of having mattresses that are useless. Dirty tableware on arrival. Catastrophic shower and no hot water for 1 day.
