Very dilapidated room, not very clean. The carpets are outdated and covered in stains, the toilets are dirty. The woodwork under the bathtub is broken. The mattress is unworthy, sagging, where the springs dig into your skin. There is a smell of stale tobacco and mold. The air conditioning is unusable, as it is supposedly only turned on from June, but at the end of May, the outside temperature exceeded 30 degrees! With our room facing south, we stayed in a sauna! We chose this hotel partly for the air conditioning... scandalous not to have made it operational during the heatwave! On the other hand, we had the significant noise of the reception's air conditioning unit all night... absurd! They disregard the customers! This is nothing like the other Campanile hotels I have frequented. If it is for this little quality, it is better to opt for a cheaper discount hotel... only the young receptionist, who was nice, is a positive aspect, absolutely nothing else! Scandalous, avoid it!
