Hotel Premiere Classe Vienne

The host lady was super friendly, the room is small but very clean, and warm, there is a TV that works well, a table and chairs, a small bathroom, with a shower after I’m not sure it is well accessible for wheelchair users but I don’t know if they have suitable rooms next door

Lack of sanitary facilities, toilet not clean. Shower room, tiny including toilet and shower. We have the impression of washing in the toilet. Old room, noise from the highway right next door, no air conditioning, Minimalist breakfast, we see that the cups are rinsed and not washed. Be careful the photos are much brighter and prettier than the reality. Some people will say that we get value for our money but this is not true because on Airbnb or Booking we can find a better quality at the same price especially in individuals.

We spent 1 night in this hotel as a stopover to our holiday destination. The hotel is located next to a cleaning point or sewage treatment plant, it really smelled like excrement even if it remains independent of the managers. The small car park remains reassuring with a grid system and code for tenants (paying). We found pests in our room, the bedding was decent but the rest a little less; mold stain, apparent dust under the bed and rust in some places, furniture having "waged war" as they say. I admit that the state of the bathroom discouraged me from showering there. In view of the other opinions we remain objective in welcoming the renovation effort such as the floor even if the rest of the hotel would greatly need it. Little attention to towels and cups left in the room and friendly staff at the reception. In the summer it is sweltering in the room ... I know that I will be told that the rooms are regulated in relation to the regulations related to the rooms first price ... But the ventilation is a little just in my opinion from a legal point of view (building and housing code, decree of March 24, 1982: general ventilation of the room is impossible without an open window which given the geographical location of the hotel and the neighborhood is a relatively complicated dilemma). Apart from that by comparing the prices we realized that we could have had access to better quality hotels for an equivalent price (51 € + 25 € to cover 3 lunches and a tax) I want to make it clear that we did not have to take lunches and in view of this, we can consider that the prices remain competitive but for a relatively lower quality (I hope to find the option only to add the photos taken). I hope this review will not be taken as an opening to pugilat but rather an honest rendering of our hotel experience with potential hints of improvement. Sincerely and wishing you a good summer.
